Fairly clean hotel, caring employees at the reception desk. Lovely building and great value rooms with great views. Decent location of the property, just off a hill top like and an in house restaurant. Also, in Center of Ooty.

Particularly good and decent location with parking onsite. 15 minutes walk to Government Museum. Freshly cooked and satisfactory breakfast, a lot of meals.

We had a comfortable stay at Treebo Light House in Ooty. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautifully decorated eating area. We also appreciated the peaceful location, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. The caretakers were friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

During our stay, we had to rely on autos and taxis as the location was a bit interior, and it resulted in additional expenses. Additionally, the hot water was only available during specific hours in the morning, which was a slight inconvenience.

Extremely friendly and amicable staff at the reception desk, without being intrusive. Good food for breakfast at the restaurant. Good location nearer to the city center and fairly nice area. Recommend to friends.

Tbh, had a really good stay with exceptional customer service. The hotel was in a peaceful location, nearer to the city center.

The location, although a bit interior, provided a calm and serene atmosphere with great views of the surrounding green cover and a birds-eye view of the area. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had fresh sheets. The staff were very courteous and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The in-house restaurant served amazing food, although a tad bit expensive, it was definitely worth it.

The parking space was limited, but otherwise, everything was alright.

The location in a nice enough area was good and there were a main market and a market nearby. Btw, it was a 10-15 minute walk from Mini Car Museum. My room was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with 02 Children, comfortable beds plus another near the head board.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.
